Focused Moments:
February – Relationships – Work
How are things going at work?
Full Focus Tip:
A workday start-up ritual allows you to get organized and ready for the day ahead.
Here are some tips to make the most of your workday start-up:
- Make a list of the tasks you need to accomplish that day. Review or set your Daily Big 3. This will help you prioritize and stay on track.
- Schedule time for breaks throughout the day. Taking a few minutes to step away from work and relax can focus and energize you. Schedule breaks so you will not skip them.
- Organize your workspace. Having everything you need close by and in order can help you stay productive.
- Schedule time to talk to your colleague during your start-up. Starting your day by adding time for coworkers allow your day not to be derailed and allows relationships to grow.
Setting aside time to do a few things daily will ensure you begin on the right foot and stay productive throughout the day.
