CLARITY:

Each Enneagram Type may approach resetting and planning for a new quarter in their own unique way.

Here are some ideas for each type as we move into the spring quarter:

Type 1 – To reset for spring, type 1s may need to let go of any perfectionist tendencies that may be holding them back from enjoying the season. They may benefit from planning out their spring cleaning and organizing, setting realistic goals for themselves, and reminding themselves that it’s okay to make mistakes.

Type 2 – Type 2s may benefit from focusing on self-care and self-love as they reset for spring. They may benefit from planning to prioritize their needs and wants during the season and setting boundaries with others to ensure they have time to recharge and enjoy the spring.

Type 3 – To reset for spring, type 3s may need to slow down and take time to reflect on their goals and aspirations for this quarter. They may benefit from setting achievable goals and creating a plan to accomplish them. It is also helpful for them to take some time to relax and enjoy the season without feeling the need to achieve constantly.

Type 4 – Type 4s may benefit from finding creative ways to express themselves during the spring season. They may benefit from setting aside time to explore their artistic interests or to connect with nature in a meaningful way. It is also helpful for them to set intentions for the season that are aligned with their personal values and passions.

Type 5 – To reset for spring, type 5s may need to challenge themselves to step outside their comfort zone and try new things. They may benefit from making a plan to explore a new hobby or interest or to connect with others in a meaningful way. It is also helpful for them to set goals for personal growth and development during the second quarter.

Type 6 – Type 6s may benefit from reflecting on their fears and anxieties as they reset for spring. They may benefit from making a plan to face their fears in a healthy way, or to seek support from loved ones. It is also helpful for them to set intentions for the quarter that help them feel more secure and grounded.

Type 7 – To reset for spring, type 7s may need to slow down and focus on being present in the moment. They may benefit from planning to practice mindfulness or meditation or to take a break from their usual activities and obligations. It is also helpful for them to set intentions for the second quarter that allow them to experience joy and excitement in a balanced way.

Type 8 – Type 8s may benefit from setting intentions for the spring season that allow them to use their strength and assertiveness in a positive way. They may benefit from making a plan to take action on a cause they believe in or to advocate for themselves or others in a meaningful way. It is also helpful for them to focus on building healthy relationships and connections with others.

Type 9 – To reset for spring, type 9s may need to prioritize their own needs and wants. They may benefit from planning to practice self-care and self-compassion or to set boundaries with others to ensure they have time to rest and recharge. It is also helpful for them to set intentions for the quarter that help them feel more grounded and connected to their own sense of purpose.

It’s important to set aside some time to contemplate your quarterly goals and ensure they align with your desired outcomes for the quarter. Afterward, strategize your next steps according to your strengths and characteristics associated with your enneagram type.

CONSISTENCY:

Did you struggle to stay on track last quarter?

Here are 5 ways to reset for the second quarter and overcome common pain points.

  1. Centralize your tasks: Keep track of all your tasks in one place, whether it’s a physical planner or a digital tool. This will help you avoid dropping tasks and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
  2. Avoid distractions: Set up a system of consistent accountability that will keep you focused and on track. This might involve working with a partner or using a tool that helps you stay on task.
  3. Make your dreams actionable: It’s easy to get bogged down by long-term goals that feel too far away. Break them down into smaller, actionable steps that you can take every day. This will make them feel more achievable and keep you motivated.
  4. Set worthwhile goals: Don’t just set goals for the sake of setting goals. Make sure they’re meaningful and worthwhile to you. When you’re working towards something you care about, it’s easier to stay motivated.
  5. Prioritize your time: Don’t let busyness take over your life. Set clear priorities and focus on the tasks that are most important to you. This will help you make progress toward your goals without feeling overwhelmed.

Remember, it’s never too late to reset and get back on track.
