Hi, I’m
Terrie Power
A Midlife Coach Helping Thoughtful, Capable People Gain Clarity, Build Momentum, and Finish What Matters
Founder of Terrie Power Coaching and creator of the Powered Momentum Journey™, a structured coaching partnership for people ready to turn meaningful goals into steady progress.
Meet Terrie Power
I help people achieve meaningful goals and accomplish big dreams by understanding how they’re wired and designing structures that move them forward when they stall.
I’m the founder of the Powered Momentum Journey™, a structured coaching partnership for individuals who are serious about finishing what they start.
Through Terrie Power Coaching, I work with individuals and teams who are ready to move from scattered effort to steady momentum.
This work isn’t about motivation.
It’s about steady movement.
Individual journey should not mean solitary journey.
What I’ve Learned About
Forward Motion
Most people don’t stall because they lack ambition.
They stall because their structure doesn’t match how they operate.
After more than 25 years as a Speech-Language Pathologist (M.S., CCC-SLP), I’ve spent decades analyzing behavior, identifying breakdowns, and designing measurable progress.
Execution follows patterns.
When we can see the pattern, we can redesign the system.
That’s the work we do together.
Who I Work With
I work with builders who:
- Carry meaningful responsibility
- Think deeply about their goals
- Feel the weight of unfinished work
- Are ready for disciplined, steady progress
Some are entrepreneurs.
Some are professionals.
Some are navigating midlife momentum shifts.
What connects them isn’t age.
It’s readiness to move forward.
What Clients Achieve
Through our partnership, clients have:
- Launched businesses while maintaining demanding careers
- Completed long-stalled books and major projects
- Executed decisive career moves
- Built sustainable execution rhythms
- Shifted from circling ideas to finishing them
Once momentum is built correctly, it compounds.
This work builds capacity, not quick wins.
Work With Teams
In addition to private coaching, I lead workshops and team trainings focused on communication, alignment, and execution.
Using tools such as the Enneagram, Full Focus, and Working Genius, I help teams clarify how they operate and strengthen follow-through together.
The focus remains the same:
Forward motion that lasts.
If you’re ready to stop circling and start completing what matters, you don’t need more intensity.
You need structure that fits.
And steady momentum.
A Little More About Me
Before coaching became my full-time focus, I spent more than twenty-five years as a speech-language pathologist. That work shaped how I see the world. Every day, I studied how people learn, how patterns form, and how progress actually happens. I still approach coaching the same way: noticing patterns, identifying what is getting in the way, and helping people build systems that move them forward.
I have also spent many years serving in ministry and mentoring others through seasons of growth and transition. My faith shapes the way I see people. I believe each person is created with purpose and strength, and much of my work is helping clients rediscover how they are uniquely wired and how to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Along the way, I became a Certified Enneagram Coach and a Full Focus Certified Pro. These tools help bring language and structure to the work we do together.
At 47, while working full time, I built my coaching business from the ground up. I understand what it means to carry responsibility and still choose forward motion. This work is lived, not theoretical.
Family Life
My husband Jason and I have been married for more than thirty years. He is thoughtful, analytical, and incredibly steady, which balances my reflective and creative side well. Jason also works alongside me in the business, helping lead workshops and trainings while often serving as the technical brain behind the scenes that keeps everything running smoothly.
Together we raised two sons who have grown into thoughtful young men, and our home has always included a rotating cast of dogs and cats who somehow manage to bring both chaos and joy.
Our family has spent many years serving in our church through music, prayer, and small group leadership. Those experiences shaped my love for helping people grow, build community, and support one another through life’s seasons.
As an Enneagram Nine, I naturally see multiple perspectives and enjoy helping people find common ground. I care deeply about authenticity and creating spaces where people feel understood.
The Adventure Side of
My Life
One of the ways our family stays connected is through travel. Years ago we decided to take a leap and plan a two-week, 3,200-mile road trip with our boys when they were still young. That trip sparked something for us.
Since then we have taken many summer road trips across the country. We have stood at Niagara Falls, explored Washington DC, hiked in the Smoky Mountains, driven across Colorado, and visited the national parks of Utah, Arizona, and California.
Those trips remind me that meaningful goals often start with a simple decision: to dream a little bigger and take the first step.
When I’m not working, you’ll often find me watching movies, playing board games with my family, or heading out on a new adventure to explore somewhere interesting.
That same idea shows up in the work I do today. When people gain clarity and build the right structure, they begin creating lives filled with meaningful experiences, growth, and purpose.
The same principle that guides our road trips guides my work: choose what matters, plan the route, and keep moving forward.
