Customized Workshops
Workshops Designed for Your Group
Your people bring different strengths, questions, and goals into the room. Choose a workshop topic, then we’ll meet with you to understand your group and design the session for them.
These are interactive experiences with time to learn, reflect, ask questions, and put ideas to use. People leave with a better understanding of themselves and a place to begin.
Who Are These Workshops For?
We work with churches, nonprofits, businesses planning development days, schools, ministries, and other groups that want more than a presentation people forget by the next morning.
Your group may want to:
Understand themselves and one another better
Improve communication and relationships
Use their strengths more intentionally
Plan when work or life is unpredictable
Turn important priorities into progress
Take the next steps toward a goal or dream
We begin with what you want for the people attending.
Choose a Starting Topic
Enneagram: Understand Yourself and Others
There’s a reason you approach goals, decisions, and relationships the way you do. Participants explore their Enneagram types, recognize strengths and areas for growth, and learn why others may see the same situation differently.
What participants do:
- Complete an individual Enneagram assessment
- Reflect on their patterns, motivations, and strengths
- Learn about the other Enneagram types
- Explore how different types communicate and respond
- Discuss how to use what they have learned
FLEX Focus: Plan for the Week You Actually Have
Work changes. Energy varies. Life needs your attention. A plan should leave room for that.
Participants learn to plan for the unexpected and practice designing a flexible schedule that works with their responsibilities and capacity. They leave with tools they can use to adjust when the week changes.
What participants do:
- Explore the FLEX Focus Framework™
- Recognize their current capacity
- Learn how to adjust priorities when circumstances change
- Practice designing a flexible schedule
- Build a way of planning that fits into their lives
Full Focus Productivity: Turn Priorities Into Progress
Having a planner does not automatically make it easier to decide what matters, protect time for important work, or follow through.
Participants learn practical Full Focus strategies for choosing priorities, setting meaningful goals, planning their weeks, and creating daily rhythms that help them move important work forward.
What participants do:
- Clarify what matters most
- Turn goals into practical next steps
- Choose weekly and daily priorities
- Explore routines and planning rhythms
- Practice using Full Focus strategies in their real lives
Powered Momentum: Get Moving on What Matters
A dream or goal can matter deeply and still be hard to begin. This workshop gives people space to explore who they are, what they want, where they want to go, and what their next steps could be.
What participants do:
- Work through the seven Powered Momentum questions
- Reflect and journal
- Explore their purpose, direction, and desired destination
- Identify possible barriers
- Begin creating a practical way forward
- Participate in activities that help them experience the questions
Working Genius: Use Your Strengths at Work
People gain energy from different kinds of work. Understanding where you contribute best can help you make better use of your strengths in your job or business and pay attention to work that drains you.
What participants do:
- Complete an individual Working Genius assessment
- Explore their Working Genius results
- Recognize the work that gives and drains energy
- Understand the different strengths other people bring
- Discuss how to apply what they have learned to their work
Designed for Your People
These topics give us a place to start. The workshop itself is designed for your group.
We’ll meet with you to learn who is coming, what they’re experiencing, and what you want them to take away. Then we’ll shape the teaching, examples, reflection, and activities around those needs.
A church and a business may choose the same topic, but they will not receive the same workshop.

Experience Behind the Workshops
Terrie brings more than 27 years of experience helping people communicate, learn, and navigate change, along with certifications in the Enneagram, Working Genius, and productivity coaching.
She creates interactive experiences where people have time to understand themselves, learn from one another, ask questions, and connect what they are learning to their lives and work.
Working With Terrie
“Terrie’s course provided me with invaluable insights and support. As a perfectionist, I often found myself stuck, unable to move forward with my goals. Terrie helped me reframe my mindset, showing me that progress doesn’t have to be ‘all or nothing.’ Her guidance empowered me to take meaningful steps forward, freeing me from the paralysis that held me back. Thanks to Terrie, I’m now making steady progress and feeling more confident in my journey.”
“When I first started working with Terrie, I was in a place that felt like a lot of upheaval and change, and not changes that I chose. All of those things really threw me off from who I was and how I normally approached things.
The Future Focus process gave me something I could use, with enough structure to guide me and enough flexibility to make it work for me.
The process Terrie took us through helped make it much more approachable and attainable. It was digestible. It made me stop, think through what I wanted, and be a little more intentional. The session has something you can use and it’s not just theory, and there is always enough flexibility for those of us who really need that. It has been like the gift that keeps on giving.
One thing I appreciate about Terrie is that she always seems to go a step above and beyond. She adds things, not because it is a sales thing, but because she genuinely wants to help.
Terrie and Jason’s desire to help and accept people where they are is so genuine and it really comes through. Terrie and Jason are so welcoming and nurturing, and you can tell they truly want to help.”
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to know which workshop is right for my group?
No. Tell us about your group and what you hope people will gain. We can help you choose a topic and shape the session from there.
Will you deliver the same workshop you gave another group?
No. The topic may be the same, but we meet with you beforehand and design the examples, activities, and discussion for your people and the time we have together.
Are assessments included?

How long can a workshop be?

A workshop can be a good starting point. If you want training and follow-up designed around your team’s communication, decisions, strengths, and shared work, explore Customized Team Training.
Let’s Design Something for Your Group
Schedule a consultation so we can talk about the people you’re gathering and what you hope they will experience.
Terrie will learn about your group, the results you want, and the topic or format that may serve them best. After the call, she will send you a separate information form to gather the details needed to customize your workshop.
You do not need to plan the entire workshop before we talk. We’ll begin with a conversation and design it for your group.
